Y E S T E R D A Y · I attended the computer newspaper Computer Swedens Career Expo at Berns in Stockholm. Several companies where represented. I talked to IT-Resurs, Sandvik, Softronic and IBM representatives.

One of the most interesting highlights of the evening was the lecture by headhunter/senior HR expert, managing partner Per-Allan Karlsson at Heidrick & Struggles Stocholm office. He presented inside thoughts on the recruitment process, do and dont’s.
